The Civil Engineer studies, evaluates, designs, plans, advises, directs and supervises the construction of residential, commercial, industrial buildings, railroads and highways, water collection and supply works, drainage and irrigation, ports, airports, urban and rural sanitation, dams, transport and bridges.
